- Even though he says that anyone but the valiant-hearted hero placing the grains in the hourglass will thwart the prophecy, Kraal does not try to place the grains himself. Does this mean he is considered "valiant hearted" too?
- In the cutscene where he explains this, he initially says that he will place the grains himself in the protagonist's place, then says that it will actually be "the mechanism I designed" because doing so "will save me time because I want to celebrate my marriage to Opale" - essentially a standard Death Trap handwave for the fact that the game's systems wouldn't really support a "fight" where Kraal was actually present.
