The opening scene involves Silvia trying to make their date at the cinema romantic by forcing a kissing section with a less-than-enthusiastic Joe trying to watch the movie.
Said kissing becomes unintentionally a case of Twincest when playing as Silvia, as her twin sister Goldie attempts to do it with her.
The whole fight against Alastor is just a cliche fight because Alastor feels destined to be Joe's rival. He even reads the game's script to point it out.
After finally finding Silvia, she chews Joe out for taking so long to get to her.

Silvia is able to change her more sophisticated outfit for a more Action Girl-like one, surprising Joe when she did so after being tossed back down to Earth (since it's the movie world, anyone can do anything they want). So, Joe attempts to do an outfit change...and all he does is his hat getting a "V" insignia on it. Unlike a disappointed Silvia, Joe is pretty proud of it.
Joe's Zoom action involves flexing to impress mooks. Silvia's action involves her doing a very shameless Panty Shot.
Cameo Leo's defeat is just an extremely fast speech of him complaining about it, and he doesn't even get to finish it before he explodes.
Alastor dispatches Big John (in a samurai outfit) to become the stage's boss and once again keeps Breaking the Fourth Wall by telling players to go play the first game if they had forgotten about him.
Once he's defeated, Jet rectifies his mistake of using a Black Film by applying his "fancy footwork" on it, complete with a "heroic" shot of him breaking it. Joe is not as impressed for it.
Joe getting tricked by Rachel impersonating Silvia. Rachel manages to trick Joe into giving her the Rainbow Oscars by seducing him (as an answer to what Silvia's favorite food is, Rachel answered Joe). The next cut shows a crying Joe while a pissed Silvia glares at him from behind, and he can sense her.

During the ending, Joe, Silvia, Jr., and Alastor all do the V-sign to cheer up Tsukumo, except Alastor has a hard time trying to do the sign right.
