Sneak 100. And yes, this disguise actually works.
Of course the series about a dysfunctional team of futuristic knights pitted against an army of wacky monsters led by a jester is gonna have a funny moment or two, if not much more.

As a Moments subpage, all Nexo Knights spoilers are unmarked as per policy. You Have Been Warned.

General
  • Well, pretty much anything Monstrox or Ava Prentis say, and a lot of what Jestro says whether or not he puts effort in his jokes.
  • "Boogie down, boogie down!"
Season 1
  • In "The Book of Monsters: Part 2", Clay gets knocked on his back by a monster and slides away. Lance then jumps into battle with an "I'll show you how a professional does it", goes through the same, and slides right next to Clay, who then grins at his embarrassed comrade.
  • In "The Knight's Code", FancyPants finishes off whatever he was saying with "And that's how we know the earth to be banana-shaped". Then Jestro, who's been pursuing the king's train the whole episode, reveals himself and claims it to be nonsense, because the Earth is actually chocolate donut-shaped.
  • "The Maze of Amazement":
    • To find out which path the monsters should take in the maze, Jestro sends one Globlin to take the left one, and another to take the right one. Both get Killed Offscreen, leading to this:
Jestro: Um, command decision: we go straight ahead.
Book of Monsters: That was a tough call.
    • Robin's reaction to Axlina taking notice of him. When she calls him cute, he can only laugh nervously in response, and continues cringing at her. Then, during the battle with monsters, Robin thanks Axlina for rallying the citizens to slow the monsters down for the knights, and immediately regrets this.
Robin: Hey Axlina! I see you got my phone call. Thanks for slowing 'em down.
(Axlina waves at him, and the boy sits down behind a merlon)
  • In "The Black Knight", Lavaria-disguised-as-Macy advises Moltor-disguised-as-Clay to sound more heroic by saying something about justice, courage, chivalry and some other "blah-blah-blah". But apparently he misheard her.
Moltor: We fight for juice box! And curry! And shiver me timbers! And now we attack as I cry "blah-blah-blah"!
    • The Running Gag of Clay's Rumble Blade stopping by the Knights' Academy to drop off or pick up Robin and/or Ava, usually followed by the dancing Squirebot Robin tinkered with earlier.
Season 2
  • "Back to School":
    • Robin sneaks out while everyone else is asleep to summon a Nexo Power...which turns out to be "Rooster of Awakening", which he desperately tries to shut off as it wakes up everyone in the Fortrex.
    • Robin's student orientation film is Stylistic Suck at its finest ("I got a B- for it in my Digital Entertainment class"). From Robin's overexcited voice and tendency to attach the "Nexo-" prefix to every single thing ("Nexo-training ground, nexo-hallways, nexo-cafeteria"), to Ava's completely lifeless expression whenever she's on-screen, to Persnickety and Jestro (implying that someone filmed him up close surrounded my monsters, and lived) reacting to the narration, which was clearly not in the script. It's truly "nexo-licious".
    • Lance mocks Principal Brickland by calling him a "shield-kicker", and immediately regrets it.
  • In "Greed is Good?", Magmar attempts to break Lance's parents' spirit while they are imprisoned, but things don't go right for him. At one point, he deliberately serves them terrible food, and we get this gem:
Cuthbert: There's a fly in my wife's soup.
    • Lance's parents' obliviousness is absurd, to the point where they still don't understand that they're hostages even after Jestro point-blank tells them.
  • "Monster Chef":
    • First, the moment providing the page image. Moltor and Lavaria enter the chili contest and disguise themselves. And not by shapeshifting, like Lavaria was shown to have done before, or putting on a convincing outfit: they just put on a pair of fake mustache each and claim to be foreigners. And literally everyone, yes, even the Nexo Knights, buy it.
Moltor (imitating a Russian accent): I am called, eh, Moldronovich. And this is, uh…
Lavaria (after a moment of confusion): Bob! Hah...I am Bob. Very pleased to meet you.
    Squirebot: Moldronovich and… Bob. Okay.
    • Lavaria calling Alice Squires a "little television girl".
    • Lavaria and Moltor's chili recipe consists of ingredients like boiling oil and molten lead. After Axl points out that none of their ingredients are actually food, Éclair claims that makes the recipe genius. And Rambley himself eventually considers their chili the second best.
    • The MacGuffin of the episode is a Royal Crown Golden Pepper, a pepper so potent that merely touching it could have it violently explode. At the end of the episode, Aaron and Lance attempt to finish their spicy food challenge with the leftover pepper, but Merlok scolds them and confiscates the pepper… and accidentally drops it on the floor, causing it to explode and get in everyone's eyes.
  • "Saturday Knight Fever":
    • At the royal banquet, the cameraman, of all things, decides to focus on filming Macy eating in close-up, no matter how much she tries to avoid him.
    • When the knights come down with a fever, their symptoms look genuinely painful and aren't exactly a laughing matter. Well, other than Clay seeing everyone as ham-hocks.
Season 4
  • Robin's attempts to fix the Nexo Power transmitter in "The Stranger in the Halps". First, he puts an antenna on top of a Squirebot Human Ladder...
    Ava: You sure this'll work?
    Robin: Absolutely!
(The squirebot at the bottom connects the wires, then the scene cuts to two robots carrying a burned Robin into the control room).
    Robin: I may've...overstated our chances.
    • And after his second attempt fails, which sends him falling down only for Axl to catch him in a Bridal Carry:
Robin: I got good news and bad news.
    Aaron: The bad news?
Robin: The transmitter's shut. I can't fix it without the repair shop.
    Lance: The good news?
    Robin: Axl caught me.
  • "Krakenskull":
    • Every time the powerful power of [dramatic pause] METAL MORPHOSIS is brought up.
    • Jorah Tightwad getting just desserts for his treachery, delivered by Jestro and Monstrox, no less. First the very gold he sold Krakenskull's army to the bad guys for is turned into lead, then his City of Gold, and as Jorah goes haywire over all of it, Monstrox bids him farewell with a casual "See ya". And then Tighty Knighties come up with a song to mock him even further.
Webisodes
  • The montage of Jestro committing petty crimes in the second webisode, set to the Book of Monsters' Villain Song. It's finished off with Jestro stealing a popsicle from a kid and throwing it into the Book's mouth while he's singing.
  • In Lance's webisode, Clay is calling him on the phone to tell him of the battle. A Globlin collides with his helmet, and he calls him out: "Hey, I'm on the phone!", as if the monster was pestering him with something. In fact, he probably didn't even realize who hit him.
Comics
  • In issue 2, Aaron asks Clay to let him drive the Fortrex, but he objects.
Clay: That's out of the question. I still remember what happened last time...
Present!Aaron: Oh, come on, we dried the Fortrex out in the end...
    Present!Clay: Yes. After two weeks!
    • The Russian translation of the comic instead implies that the knights were stuck underwater for two weeks.
