In Complete, hearing Marlene imitating Barret's manner of speech for a moment was just too hilarious for words. Picture a six-year-old girl talking like Mr. T, and you get the idea.
While everyone else upon showing up to the Bahamut SIN fight leaps into battle, Yuffie takes a moment to clear up something with Tifa.
Yuffie: Alright, who's been touching my Materia? Tifa: The bad guys, naturally. Yuffie: Ooooooo! *runs into the fray*
And just after she lands and throws a winning smile, she has to choke something back. Yuffie suffered from airsickness in the game.
Just the whole conversation between Reno and Rude on the bridge during the motorcycle chase.
Reno: So this...thing? Got any bite to it? Rude: Shinra technology at its finest. Reno: Oh, so YOU made this. Rude: If nothing else, it's...flashy. Reno: Ooh, good. Rude: You love it. I know.
Later turns into a Brick Joke when he arrives in Edge asking where he can find one.

Rufus tries to butter up Cloud with Think of the Children! rhetoric, and actually sways him for a minute, but then Reno jumps in and reveals Rufus' true motivations.

Cait Sith spends pretty much the whole entire fight against Bahamut clinging onto Red XIII for dear life. (Without the moogle he can't fight thus he can't really do anything).
Barret gets almost Butt-Monkey status during the Bahamut fight since his Arm Cannon seems largely ineffective against the behemoth, being much more deadly against the smaller minions, and with him needing to frequently avoid explosions and debris caused by the dragon's attacks. When Cloud finally makes his Big Damn Heroes save to keep him from getting crushed by flaming debris, and casually plops him on his face onto a piece of scaffolding, he can only scream an indignant complaint at his lateness.
