• Fridge Brilliance: In real life, many spider species have poor eyesight, and can't easily see when something is caught in their webs. So they look for deformities in the web to let them know that prey has been caught, and strike at the deformity. In this episode, this is what Spider-Man does to capture the invisible Mysterio; he coats the entire department store floor in a massive web, then looks for the deformity/irregularity in the webbing to find Mysterio.
