Kin Shriner (born December 6, 1953 in New York City, New York) is an American dramatic actor who is best known for his portrayal of Scott Baldwin on the ABC soap opera General Hospital and its spin-off Port Charles as well as his guest role on Full House. He is also a voice actor who is well known for voicing Green Arrow in Justice League Unlimited.
He and his brother Wil Shriner (a comedian who also hosted a talk show in The '80s) are the twin sons of humorist Herb Shriner, who hosted the CBS Game Show Two for the Money for several years in The '50s.
