Becky Cloonan (June 23, 1980) is an American artist and writer primarily known for her indie work and work for DC Comics. In 2012, she became the first female artist to draw the main Batman title.

Cloonan was born in Pisa, Italy, and went to school at New York's School of Visual Arts. The first comic she drew was Channel Zero: Jennie One, written by Brian Wood, and she has collaborated with Wood on several other comics, including Demo, which was nominated for two Eisner awards in 2005 for Best Limited Series and Best Single Issue or One-Shot.

Her first solo work, East Coast Rising Volume 1, was released by Tokyopop in 2006 and was also nominated for an Eisner in 2007 for Best New Series. She was the artist for Vertigo book American Virgin, written by Steven S. Seagle, as well as the 2013 Dark Horse comic The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, written by Gerard Way and Shaun Simon. In 2016, she wrote a science fiction comic, Southern Cross, for Image Comics.

In 2021, she became the co-writer for the DC Infinite Frontier relaunch of Wonder Woman, alongside her longtime writing partner Michael Conrad and artist Travis Moore. Her run starts at Wonder Woman #770.
