Avery Lawrence Schreiber (April 9, 1935-January 7, 2002) was an American actor and comedian best known for Robin Hood: Men in Tights, The Concorde Airport 79, and Galaxina. He rose to fame in the 1960s in the comedy team Burns & Schreiber, partnered with Jack Burns, who had previously discovered George Carlin.
He is also well remembered for his association with Doritos.
He was married to Rochelle Issacs and they had two children.
Schreiber died in 2002 at the age of 66 from a heart attack.
