** As established during Season 2's finale (and hinted at before then), once Schlorpians die, they get buried grow into trees and eventually [[DeathIsCheap their bodies grow back.]] Why didn't that happen when Terry went insane and murdered Korvo, Yumyulack and Jesse?

Though a tree is shown growing later, it turns out it's just an apple tree.

** If Terry lived for decades after murdering his teammates, why didn't the Pupa (who was [[AbsenteeActor inconspicuously absent]] the entire episode) evolve and terraform the Earth? Terry was never shown killing the Pupa and there wasn't a grave for it either.
** Finally, who taped Korvo's final letter back together? It's just taped up at the end of the episode and it's never explained who did it. If one claims the Pupa did it, that would only bring up the same point made previously on the Pupa not terraforming the planet.

** Even if that wasn't an option, why didn't Korvo warn himself in the past not to land on Earth? He constantly brings up how much he hates the planet and wants to find another world to colonize. The Lakehouse Device could have done just that for him.

** First of all if Korvo had a device that sends letters to the past, why doesn't he use this to warn the Schlorpians about the planet's destruction? While it has been established that the rich were aware and left the planet ahead of time, Korvo could have warned the rest of the Schlorpians of the planet's destruction years before it happened, and they could've prepared to evacuate and colonize in advance. The strangest part is, the episode doesn't even bring up the possibility of doing that. The closest thing we get to an explanation is that doing so would void the warranty, a slim excuse since that doesn't stop Korvo from exploiting it to change Terry anyway.

** Of all the letters Korvo sends to Terry in the past, he never tells him to double down on his Pupa studies. Terry is supposed to be the Pupa specialist, yet he's just as confused by the Pupa as everyone else in spite of this. Korvo has a habit of [[LampshadeHanging lampshading]] Terry's obliviousness towards the Pupa, so why didn't he try this?
