* ItsAllAboutMe: He pretty much had a fit when he found out that the song '#selfie' by the Chainsmokers didn't have a single selfie of him in it. After starting a campaign, the Chainsmokers put one of his selfies in an updated version of the video.

* NotInTheFace: Obviously his weak spot; he'd also prefer it if his hair didn't get messed up. CJ Parker made a point of targeting his face because of this, and as a a result he got better about it.

Moving to YMMV.

* UnexpectedCharacter: Spent seemingly forever in developmental (five years, to be exact) only to get yanked up to the main roster during the fall (not a traditional call-up season) completely without warning or preamble and immediately begin feuding with Dolph Ziggler. A few weeks later, he was actually in a tournament for the vacated world championship, for his debut match no less. [[spoiler:Unfortunately, his first opponent was Dean Ambrose, so he didn't last extremely long. Besides Ambrose being upper midcard/main event, the reason for the tournament was because Seth Rollins got injured right before he was supposed to defend against former teammate Roman Reigns. Dean was all but guaranteed to make it to the semi-finals at least, since if the fans weren't getting the Rolleigns feud, they were all but demanding that WWE finally give them the Ambreigns feud they had been wanting for a while (Dean and Roman have not wrestled a singles match against each other at all during their time together on the main roster). It was probably the only legit title match they could have with enough drama to match the original title match/feud they were planning]].

* LongRunner: Nobody has been in NXT longer than Tyler Breeze. He was there when NXT wasn't NXT but instead FCW, and by the time he got called up to the main roster, he was the longest tenured performer in the Performance Center that wasn't a coach or an indie star.

He was there when NXT wasn't NXT but instead FCW, and by the time he got called up to the main roster, he was the longest tenured performer in the Performance Center that wasn't a coach or an indie star. He even became the first wrestler to return to NXT from the main roster, first as a one-off in late 2018 before returning for good in 2019.

** He returned again, to a similarly explosive pop, on the 23 May 2019 episode to pick a fight with the new North American champion, Wrestling/TheVelveteenDream, which was put onto the card for the upcoming NXT [=TakeOver:=] XXV (while he'd actually been appearing at NXT live events again since the end of April). Breeze seems to be WWE's test case for whether they can get results from moving former NXT stars who've been called up to the main roster only to lose their momentum back down (or as some fans insist on putting it, "across") to NXT again to rebuild themselves, and judging from how well he's being received so far the experiment seems to be successful, potentially further legitimising NXT as a genuine "third brand" alternative to RAW and [=SmackDown=].

Clement was trained by the revered Canadian superstar Wrestling/LanceStorm and first made a name for himself in the Canadian ECCW promotion. He joined WWE in 2010 and was given the ring name Mike Dalton. As Dalton, Clement won the FCW championship from Leo Kruger, but unfortunately dropped it back to him a month later. When FCW became Wrestling/WWENXT, Dalton's momentum cooled, as the fans typically aren't receptive to homegrown wrestlers without gimmicks. Thus, Mike Dalton became Tyler Breeze, a vain male model. After Kevin Owens left NXT to go to the main roster, longtime midcarder Breeze became the top male heel on NXT before transitioning to the main roster himself a few months later, aligning himself with Wrestling/SummerRae and engaging in a feud with Wrestling/DolphZiggler. He later formed a comedy tag team (Wrestling/Breezango aka the Fashion Police) with Wrestling/Fandango, known for their backstage "Fashion Files" segments.
