Cartman, Kenny, Kyle and Stan sneak into a Sunday morning screening of ''Asses of Fire'', a new R-rated film starring their favorite {{Canad|aEh}}ian comedians, [[CrassCanuck Terrance and Philip]]. The [[VulgarHumor epic number of obscenities]] they take from the film (and quickly spread to the other kids at school) causes all sorts of trouble; before too long, the parents of South Park, led by Kyle's mother Sheila Broflovski, go on the MoralGuardian warpath. Their culture war eventually results in the arrest of Terrance and Phillip, which starts an ''actual'' war between Canada and America. The American government plans to execute Terrance and Philip during a USO show...[[FromBadToWorse which would allow Satan to rise up and cause]] TheEndOfTheWorldAsWeKnowIt. The world's only hope for salvation? You guessed it: Cartman, Kenny, Kyle and Stan.

* DigitalDestruction: Even though the film was made digitally, the Blu-ray transfer was taken from a film print that went through digital scratch remover, most noticeable during the scene where Cartman demonstrates the V-Chip, as his eyes keep disappearing.

* BellyDancer: Some are shown in Saddam's "I Can Change" musical number. The series' notorious black comedy rears its head again, however, as Saddam takes a dancer and snaps her body in half during the song.

* FailedASpotCheck: In the opening number ''Mountian Town'', Stan sings about how the snow is pure and white, missing that the snow he picked up has a yellow stain on it.

* IncorruptiblePurePureness: Inspite of their [[CrassCanuck immature sense of humor]], Terrance and Phillip are so innocent that killing them immediately opens the gates to Hell and allows Saddam and Satan to rule over the Earth, as Satan explains to Sheila when she decides to murder them.

* ANaziByAnyOtherName: The Mothers Against Canada. An early draft of the script even has it made explicitly clear that the "Happy Camps" are purely Sheila Broflovski's idea.

* NotBloodNotFamily: When Sheila tells her son Kyle to bring his Ike with him, Kyle replies, "But he's not really my brother; he's adopted!".

* ComicallyIneptHealing: The doctors somehow botch Kenny's surgery so badly (at one point, they seem to be going in there with ''hedge trimmers'') that they replace his heart with a baked potato. Somehow, he survived long enough for them to tell him he had three seconds to live.

* TheDogBitesBack: Satan finally has enough of Saddam's emotional abuse and impales him on a stalagmite. [[spoiler:Not that it makes any difference--after all, where else was he going to go? [[SarcasmMode Detroit?]]]]

* BlackDudeDiesFirst: The army attempts to send in all the black soldiers first as "Operation: Human Shield" and the white soldiers getting behind them as "Operation: Get Behind The Darkies", even after Chef reminds the general of the Emancipation Proclamation (the freedom of slaves). Chef helps avert this trope when he tells all the black soldiers to duck at the right time.

* ScrewThisImOuttaHere: When the General of the American forces reveals that their big battle plan is to place all black people in front and use them as [[HumanShield Human Shields]], Chef has his men drop to the ground at the appropriate point--which lets Canada eviscerate a good chunk of America's armed forces right off the bat.

* WeHaveReserves: In the invasion plans of Canada, black people are put into units best described as "Operation: Human Shield".

* PaperThinDisguise: The executioner pulling the switch is labeled as "Anonymous", and has the traditional hood over his head, but he also somehow has a hood over his puppet's head. Later, Sheila slips and calls him by his true name.

* FinalSolution: Sheila's EvilPlan is to wipe out all Canadians, not just Terrance and Phillip

* ForWantOfANail: The boys watching the ''Terrance and Phillip'' movie and Kenny dying after imitating one of the movie's stunts leads to a war between the United States and Canada as well as Satan and Saddam rising into power.

* TheGodsMustBeLazy: Satan and Saddam Hussein rise up from hell and take over earth. Only the fact that Saddam is such a {{Jerkass}} and Satan is a JerkWithAHeartOfGold saved Earth from being plunged into a 1000 years of darkness, and yet God does not seem to be doing anything to stop him. It's especially jarring considering that Jesus and God are both recurring characters, and you can actually briefly see Jesus in the background of one of the shots in the movie (when the soldiers are marching in front of Kyle's house).

* IncorruptiblePurePureness: Terrance and Phillip are so innocent that killing them immediately opens the gates to Hell and allows Saddam and Satan to rule over the Earth, as Satan explains to Sheila when she decides to murder them.

* AndThereWasMuchRejoicing: "It's been six weeks since Saddam Hussein was killed by a pack of wild boars, and the world is still glad to be rid of him."

** Gregory, due to his political competence and good grades.
** Brian Boitano, at least according to Stan's song.

* AbandonedWarehouse: The kids have their meeting in Carl's Warehouse.

* IncrediblyLongNote: Pretty much almost every musical number in the movie ends with these. Wouldn't be a Broadway musical inspired movie without 'em!

* JokeAndReceive: When the boys stumble upon a German shizer video, Stan jokingly asks if the woman in the video is Cartman's mom. Kyle looks closer on the screen and realizes it actually ''is'' Cartman's mom!

* ScreamingAtSquick: The first result of searching the word "clitoris" [[UnfortunateSearchResults is a shizer porn video]] featuring Cartman's mom, with the most obvious disgusted reactions from the boys.

* BeyondTheImpossible: When Kenny goes to Hell, there's a sign that says Hell has 900 billion people in it. Not that many people have even existed. Maybe they were counting animals and/or aliens? Even ignoring this, the show said that Mormonism was the right religion. Mormons actually believe that only the truly wicked go to Hell and not because they weren't Mormon. Even if ''that'' wasn't the case, "[[Recap/SouthParkS7E12AllAboutMormons All About the Mormons]]" called Mormonism dumb over and over and said it was a ScamReligion. Hell having that many people is absolutely incomprehensible from any perspective.

* FantasticRacism: Sheila has no problem talking down to Canadians, especially about "their beady little eyes and flapping heads". The Canadian ambassador she tells this to immediately denounces her as racist.
** The General is this as well, referring to his African American soldiers as "Darkies" and intending to use them as human shields.

** Sheila when she finally does a HeelFaceTurn... [[spoiler:after triggering Armageddon by shooting Terrance and Phillip.]]

* TooMuchInformation: When Gregory starts going into details about just what will happen if LaResistance is captured in song form, Stan, Kyle, and Cartman all silently look on with horrified faces.
