Shiva puts up a stiff challenge but fights quite a bit differently than he does in 2 and 3, not using many of his most dangerous techniques from either and refusing to use his highly-damaging grapples from either - but if you're controlling him personally in the DLC, he's a nigh-unstoppable BEAST with numerous powerful techniques that he didn't even hint at in his boss fight. Has some justification when you think about it - [[spoiler:He's cut off ties with the Syndicate and now sees Axel and company as more rivals than enemies, and could be viewing his boss fight as more of a test to make sure that after 10 years, his old foes still have what it takes to bring down the Y Twins.]]
