* PoorCommunicationKills: Apparently, Andre didn't tell his grandmother about how he has to stay in-character for a method acting exercise at Sikowitz's house. Even when she calls him later that night, Andre is there and speaks with his persona on to her, and the panicked woman thinks she's playing games with her. This causes Charlotte to storm over to the house and confront him over it, which in turn makes him explain it to her on the spot, which causes Sikowitz to bust him for breaking character and banishes him.

* SecretTestOfCharacter: To see how his guests would react while method acting, Sikowitz pretends to get a fly and crash into a window in the supposed attempt, which makes him pretend to be hurt. Robbie rushes over and checks on Sikowitz, breaking character in the process. This causes Sikowitz to stop pretending and have him eliminated, causing Robbie to be the first person banished.

* {{Unishment}}: Jason, Sikowitz's nephew who's staying at Sikowitz's place as his parents are away, says that he's going to the Moxi to see a movie. He then asks any of the guests if they can join him, to which Cat chimes in that she wants to, not in character anymore. Sikowitz eliminates and has her banished, but Cat couldn't care less, and gleefully heads with Jason.

With the number of tropes prevalent in this episode, I am surprised that no one else recognized them.
