The Kree Empire's gameplan is finally revealed. They plan on using the solar system's unique properties to create a staging area, by opening a wormhole and bringing their galactic armada through, essentially occupying Earth in the process. Problem is opening the wormhole will destabilise the sun and destroy it entirely -- just as Kang predicted. This takes our heroes to the hottest war zone in history, as they battle the Kree on the surface of the sun. Unfortunately the wormhole generators are active, and Captain America will have to choose between sacrificing a teammate to shut it down or letting it tear the sun apart and end all life as we know it... just as Kang predicted.
