* FailedRecognition: Much to the players annoyance in Part 5, a failed roll on Joz's part means that Jyn doesn't recognize Director Krennic upon seeing him.

** Logan, one of Cassian's Rebel allies, is named after one of the Patreon backers of the show, as is [[AwesomeMcCoolName Kybran Panda]], believe it or not.

** When DM Paulo Quiros says that Cassian's group sees something in the sky, Pitr asks if it's Franchise/{{Superman}}.

** When Scott starts looking for traps in the Jedi Temple, Pitr asks him if he is [[Recap/FilmRerollRaidersOfTheLostArk Indiana Jones.]] Later, the players suggest sending in "Hans" first to check if the coast is clear.

** When Jyn briefly believes herself to be back home with her mother again, Pitr Strait starts humming [[Recap/FilmRerollTheWizardOfOz "Somewhere over the rainbow."]] Later, the players sing "We're off to see the barracks..."

* CowboyBebopAtHisComputer: Pitr Strait criticizes Film/Batman1989, asking how the Joker could possibly be playing a professionally recorded song about himself. Actually, while it ''does'' fit ComicBook/TheJoker's [[LaughablyEvil general personality]], the song ''Partyman'' is careful to never outright mention him by name. (As is his ''other'' song, ''Trust.'') The closest it gets is mentioning his signature colors "(black and) white, red and green," which ''could'' just be a coincidence InUniverse. (The song ''was'' written specifically for the movie, though. And the music video ''does'' have Music/{{Prince}} [[{{Cosplay}} Cosplaying]] as the Joker while singing it.)

** Pitr feels that his interpretation of K-2SO gradually turns more and more into [[Franchise/TheHitchhikersGuideToTheGalaxy Marvin the Paranoid Android,]] and expresses interest in actually playing said character in a future campaign.

** When the term "[[SpaceX space juice]]" is [[{{Mondegreen}} misheard]] as SpaceJews, a reference to ''Film/HistoryOfTheWorldPartI'' is made.

* {{Mondegreen}}: InUniverse, Joz initially mishears "miners" as "minors," making her wonder why there are a bunch of underage drinkers in the caves.
