** A frequent Skype caller with the username "Creator/TaraStrong" often plays spliced quotes from everypony's favorite show, but has also played [[WesternAnimation/DrawnTogether Princess Clara]] lines, taking advantage of the fact that she shares the same voice actor as Twilight Sparkle. Ghost caught on to the part that mattered, and immediately dismissed them as being Pony-related.
** Averted when someone was playing "[[Franchise/{{Castlevania}} Bloody Tears]]" and Ghost thought it was Mexican music, until he heard a little more and realized it was from ''Castlevania''.
** There was a caller on August 9, 2016's episode who played random clips from ''VideoGame/DOTA2'' competitions that Ghost thought was baseball.

* AuthorAvatar: The skeleton face he uses as his logo is used as one. When trolls found the exact same skeleton face he had as his logo on a website for an online radio station in Texas, Third Coast Radio, conspiracy theories began to develop that Ghost may be associated with them somehow, or he simply stole it. When finally confronted with topic, Ghost confessed that it came from a Google Image Search for "texas skull and crossbones", as he was trying to find a new Paltalk avatar (and then, it later stuck). The same day, he also announced that he would be taking submissions for a new logo. He changed his avatar to a different variant of the old one in December 8, 2011. Then in September 2016, a newer avatar was drawn by Karaszkun for Ghost's show, where it would be used until late 2017 when Ghost switched to a less-cartoony logo. Speaking of Third Coast Radio, the name "[[AwesomeMcCoolname John Conquest]]" had originated from their website's DJ.

* AwesomeMcCoolname:
** DJ Thuggin-Ass, Cosmo Brockington, John Conquest.
** Some are bad puns in the vein of [[WesternAnimation/TheSimpsons Bart's prank calls to Moe.]] "Mug Ranny's a Tranny"[[note]]"Muh Granny's a tranny" - Ghost is VERY defensive of his family members and VERY derisive regarding transexuality[[/note]]caused him to rage quit.

* TheAntichrist: Ghost seems to be convinced that [[https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Soros George Soros]] is some kind of satanic hell spawn, judging by how he calls him "The Prince of Freaking Darkness" and often talks about how immoral he is, often bringing up [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c1Qr7TnWG74 this interview]] to prove his sociopathy. Ghost has taken this UpToEleven since Episode 330 and has started to imitate Soros regularly in his show, playing him up as a cartoonish villain who wants to control everything and anything around him.

* DirtyOldMan: Ghost's "Uncle Bernie" impression is this by default. Then the ensuing splices featuring him take this UpToEleven, only they're usually about ''Ghost'' being a sexual deviant instead.

** Ghost rages at those who accuse Obama's critics of being racist, but he willingly accuse anyone who mocks or criticises Herman "Sugar" Cain of being racist, taken UpToEleven when he tried to use this argument against Ghetto Capitalist.

** [[Webcomic/{{Homestuck}}]] fans tried to troll the show in late in late 2012 but the lack of reaction from Ghost and the hatred they gained from rest of the community quickly drove them away.
