* Chapter three of the manga series Asklepios, has the protagonists trying to convince a village girl to let them do operate on her to remove a tumor on her ovaries that resulted in an huge increase of her bust size, but at the same time is killing her. She initially refused because she thought love interest like big breasts but eventually takes the surgery when said love interest say he cares about her and not her bust. After the surgery over he even says she looks better flat chest

* In the hentai, ''Bondage Queen Kate'', the title character (already well-endowed) is sent to infiltrate an evil organization that kidnaps and sells young girls into sexual slavery. It is outright stated that the girls are given breast augmentation to make them more "useful".

* In the ''AmericanDad'' episode "Tearjerker," all the gadgets created by S are all just different vehicles for BreastExpansion technology. As befits a JamesBond parody, the fate of the world eventually depends on Stan making a woman's breasts triple in size.

** In the same episode, Irma, in her [[GagBoobs very buxom]] Guardian Form, meets a boy she has a crush on who is quite happy with her..."costume". Which he says [[MaleGaze staring directly at her ''chest''.]] Sure, costume...

* Casey from StrangersinParadise gets breast implants. Twice.

** "Hyper-Breast Girl Rikaku-chan" is a quasi-parody of big breasted manga girls. The title character, Rikaku, is a teenaged seductress who is so comically buxom as to basically beng deformed--her breasts are [[GagBoobs twice as big as her actual body]], measured in ''meters'' not inches. And she's still growing. Besides basically attacking men on the street with her breasts, forcing them to grow at will hoping to impress her suitors, Rikaku also gets easily frustrated when someone doesn't acknowledge how huge she is. At one point her boss at her job guesstimates her breast size at "two meters", and she angrily puffs up her chest and chastises him, telling him she hasn't been so "small" since she was a preteen...cue picture of Rikaku as a prepubescent girl with breasts bigger than her whole upper body. Rikaku is something of a parody though, [[RefugeInAudacity being so big she's basically a joke]], bragging about her size and [[BreastExpansion inflating herself]] like a mating bird looking for a spouse when she sees a suitable man.

A teenaged girl mocked for being flat, "suddenly" develops enormous breasts (the cover says "Before" and "After" as if they were cosmetic surgery pictures, make of that what you will). Her sudden increase in chest size causes her to become rather arrogant, boasting about the size and weight of her new breasts and teasing her brother about her new prospects as a glamor model. Somehow, this also causes her to [[BrotherSisterIncest have sex with her brother]]... for some ([[FetishFuel hot]]) reason. Throughout she makes fun of her brother's very, very small penis ([[CompensatingForSomething which sheds light on whyh he made fun of her earlier]]) but the ending implies he'll soon be having some [[GagPenis growth]] of his own. * Episode nine of KamenNoMaidGuy features an entire resturant where [[BuxomIsBetter hires only busty girl]] the waitress can use their breasts to distract their predominantly male costumer base from [[noticing the DistractedByTheSexy horrible food]]. Nekka, the main heroine, is sent in to "investigate" by her [[ACupAngst flat-chested friends]] because they feel their restaurant is being "outgunned". It turns out that a the waitress have had boob jobs even more surprising the manager's breasts, which can can only be described as huge, aren't even breasts. She a Pettanko who's been padding the whole time.

* In the manga ''Manyu Hikencho'', the story is set in a fictional fantasy world where breast size determines a woman's worth and position in society: small breasted women are outcasts and well endowed women are showered with wealth and power. In effect, BuxomIsBetter taken literally. The main character is a "thief" who steals breast size from [[GagBoobs busty girls]] and gives it to [[{{Pettanko}} Pettankos]], a la ''Robin Hood''.

* Episode nine of KamenNoMaidGuy features an entire resturant where [[BuxomIsBetter the point is all the girls have]] GagBoobs. Nekka, the main heroine, is sent in to "investigate" by a pair of buthurt [[ACupAngst flat-chested girls]] because they feel their resturant is being "outgunned". As it so happens, the owner of the resturant, who appears to be [[{{Eiken}} Komoe-like]] [[GagBoobs in size]] is actually flat chested and wears false inflatable breasts. However...her employees have the real deal, or as Maid Guy says (paraphrasing the dub) "You should know, cheap silicone is like poison!" causing the two girls from the resturant to suddenly look very humiliated.

** In both cases, the spell does not affect the actual breasts, but rather creates pockets of air around them to give the ''illusion'' of larger breasts. This also explains the balloon-like behavior when it goes out of control.

* In the manga ''Manyu Hikencho'', the story is set in a fictional fantasy world where breast size determines a woman's worth and position in society: small breasted women are outcasts and well endowed women are showered with wealth and power.
