* The [[LargeHam Terror]] [[Creator/JimCummings Mask]] has a habit of being delightfully AxCrazy. Helps being voiced by [[Creator/JimCummings1952 Jim Cummings]] channelling [[WesternAnimation/DarkwingDuck NegaDuck]]:

* The boss intro to the first level has an amusing BlackComedy vibe to it.[[labelnote:In case you're wondering...]]2 Deadmen are having a conversation, until a third one (which is the same one who runaway after seeing you kill one of the Deadmen) warns them of your arrival. The two run off into the other room, only to get eaten by the boss, ''Bellyache''. The remaining one tries running back, only for Rick (most likely unaware of the situation) to abruptly walk in, spooking the monster and causing it to run away, only to get eaten. Belly comes in, cue boss fight.[[/labelnote]]

** The leader of the Blood Puppets (which is actually a pretty creepy name) is a blob of flesh named.... ''Balloon Head''.

* Once you kill enough Blood Puppets in the 3rd fight, 4 of them will fall down, only to act like they've been chainsawed and die. ''Balloon Head'', a Pyschic blob of flesh, will then suddenly burst through the walls, but will do nothing until you kill it. [[{{Gorn}} Killing it paints the screen red with blood]].
* There's an optional, harder path in the game where you can fall into a chamber full with regenerating zombies. That's not the funny part, the funny part is what you find if you complete said route: One of the zombies just ''casually mopping the floor''. They may be undead, but at least they try to keep their rotting hell hole tidy. [[VideogameCrueltyPotential You can even kill the him if you feel like it]].
* Mueller actually gets a boss fight of his own unlike West, where he is extremly fast and constantly throws beakers and monsters at you, you'd think he'd be very annoying, but ''[[AnticlimaxBoss he dies after only one hit, and he doesn't attack you that often and his attacks are easy to dodge]]''. The boss music just ends the second you hit him.

* Rick's reaction to reaching and completing a [[BonusStage X-Stage]], is a confused [[StunnedSilence "......"]], obviously completely baffled how he even ended up there in the first place.

* The third boss (A teddy bear [[spoiler: with a weird flesh monster inside]]) is actually pretty silly when you think about it.

* The Turbographix version had to have it's religious imagery removed due to "legal reasons" turning the inverted cross fight in a (completely out of place) church into a Blue Face of doom in a generic hallway... Thing is, the end-boss scene is still intact, religious chime and all, except now there's just strangely floating candles. To make matters even more silly, Jennifer's scream at the end of the chime is missing, so panicky section of the music just comes straight out of nowhere. It's rather random and kind of hilarious.
