* ArtisticLicensePhysics: Radiation isn't something that can stay around long-term inside a body and later be extracted, although radio''activity'' just might be able to do that with the right setup (but is more likely to give you cancer than superpowers). On the other hand, putting out a fire with an artificial tornado might theoretically work (I only did a rough calculation though).
