Eventually, Amethea and Estrild both win free and are able to contact the rebels. The movie ends with most of the gladiators joining the rebels in fighting a [[FinalBattle coordinated battle]] against Lord Arrakur and his men, with Amethea leading the rebels in some simply {{Stripperiffic}} "armor".

''Barbarian Queen'' is one of the many HeroicFantasy films produced by Creator/RogerCorman in TheEighties to [[FollowTheLeader capitalize on the popularity of fantasy films]] in the wake of ''Film/{{Conan the Barbarian|1982}}''. Released in December of 1985, it was the third such movie that Corman produced in Argentina.

* AccidentalInnuendo: The R-rated cut of the movie unintentionally makes this happen during Amethea's escape from the torture chamber. When the torturer attempts to rape Amethea, it is clear in the unrated cut that she is [[MurderousThighs squeezing his lower body between her muscular thighs]]. The R-rated cut eliminates all the shots below the waste depicting this, causing it to look like Amethea is [[GroinAttack crushing the torturer's penis]] with her [[SuperSexOrgans super-strong vagina]].

* FetishFuel: Between the harem girls, the well-oiled male gladiators, the warrior women, the bondage and the torture, it may be faster to list what fetishes aren't indulged at some point over the course of the film.
