* NotSoImaginaryFriend: Mikan uses the 'imaginary friend' alibi against Shirou in chapter 22. Well, Personas exist but they can't be seen by a normal person. Loki lampshades this by saying she's not that far off.

* SpiritualSuccessor: With Personas being capable of speech, and the mostly comedic tone, ''One Last Promise'' seems to be one to Kisdota's ''[[https://www.fanfiction.net/s/5518160/1/Persona-4-Split-Personalities Split Personalities]]''. Not to mention, it's snow that Nanako first interact with Toyotama not long after her kidnapping, probably around the same time of Izanagi and Amaterasu's visit on Split Personalities.
