However it turns out that he miscalculated, as souls removed from the cycle or death and rebirth don't simply linger. Instead, the soul is lured to the Otherworld through its attraction to another soul it had a strong bond with. This bond allows the soul to perform an Emergency Kizuna warp to the Otherworld and reconstruct the body from scratch using Bond Energy. This phenomenon is what led to Red and the members of the Hero's Party to be sent to Idora's world.]]

It's revealed that he [[LoveAtFirstSight fell in love with Kizuna Silver at first sight]] [[spoiler:and is still hurting after she sacrificed herself to save him.]] It's later revealed that [[spoiler:he fell in love with her around the same time that she fell in love with him, but is so scared of loss and being responsible for another person's death that he talked himself into believing that he only saw her as a friend.]]

The kids quickly latch onto the others, all of whom are familar archetypes to them (the wizard, the princess, the hero), but they have no idea what to make of [[GenreRefugee Red]]. When he attempts to demonstrate his Sentai credentials, some of the kids back away in fear while the others wonder why his costume uses so much red. When they move on to noting how his costume emphasizes his butt and decide to call him "Plump Butt Kamen" because they can't remember his name, [[CornerOfWoe he takes to sitting outside alone]].

* TrueCompanions: They were Red's closest friends back in his world, so much so that he was literally willing to ''die'' for them.

* CrazyPrepared: He had no way of knowing that Red would end up in another world, but installed a {{Translator Microbe|s}} function into the Kizuna Five's {{Transformation Trinket}}s that proves incredibly handy when Red is interacting with an entirely different culture.

* DroppedABridgeOnThem:[[spoiler:The lab they were being kept in was destroyed by Shauha just after Betrayis finally agreed to assist Red's party in defeating the Demon Queen's Clan.]]

* DeathOfAPersonality: After being defeated by Red, his transformation is undone, leading to him reverting back into a normal Doppelgänger.

* TheWorfEffect: When Betrayis tries to unleash a HumongousMecha weapon specifically designed to destroy Red, it instead falls to pieces when it's supposed to be activated. That's when "Bad End" makes his appearance, showing how dangerous he is to have quickly disposed of a mecha that's supposed to kill another version of him. He then takes on Red, Rosie, and Raniya simultaneously and beats them all back.

* BadBoss: He killed Professor Betrayis for [[YouHaveFailedMe failing]] to destroy the Kizuna Five one too many times.

* HeroWorship: The kids are immediately enamored with most of Red's team: Max and Aurei beg Rosie to make them his disciples, Klimina demands that Idora become her teachin magic, and Sophia practically falls in love with Teltina upon learning that's a real life princess. The exception to this is ironically Red himself: his odd (for the setting) attire and his lack of a visible weapon fails to impress them and even when he transforms into Kizuna Red, they just view him as a weirdo with an oddly plump butt on display. And while he does end up earning their respect after he helps save the orphanage, they're still not afraid to tease him.

* MoleInCharge: Shauha is the head of the Avalost Empire's magical development and regulation as well as [[spoiler:one of the Demon Queen's children plotting to release her "Mama" from containment.]]

* BitchInSheepsClothing: {{Downplayed|Trope}}. Shauha was always a nasty piece of work even the before reveal, but she at least came across as a [[GoodIsNotNice a stern but fair]] JerkWithAHeartOfGold. In reality, she's a demon who has be actively sabotaging humanity by restricting magical research.

* EvenEvilHasStandards: She has a genuine love for technological advancement, as seen when she admires how far the Demi-Human capital has developed in such a short time and comments that it's a waste to destroy it.

* FakeUltimateMook: Betrayis devotes a whole page to introducing and hyping them up as they go to battle against Red and company... only for all of them to be immediately defeated exactly one page later. Betrayis is left stunned.

* MoralityPet: She turns out to have been own for Professor Betrayis, as she was the one who convinced to pull a HeelFaceTurn. He would go on state that the fact that she didn't exist in Bad End's world is most likely the reason why his counterpart threw his lot with the Demon Queen's Clan.

* StrongAndSkilled: As destructive and seemingly uncontrolled as Red's powers are, he's still a hero who's managed to defeat one ultimate evil in his world and it shows. * SupportingProtagonist: Although he gets top billing and is the main character, he travels with Idora to help her with her goals before his own because of his belief that he ended up in her world for a reason. This is gradually subverted as Red's past comes to the forefront until he takes center stage as TheChosenOne and [[spoiler:the only one capable of defeating the Demon Queen and [[ImmortalBreaker returning her to the cycle of reincarnation]].]]

** Red never has trouble squeezing in time to transform into Kizuna Red, and can even do it while charging forward into a head-on clash against Rosie, the WorldsStrongestMan.

* OvershadowedByAwesome: She's a powerful adventurer in her own right from the get-go, and a bonafide magical genius... but she adventures with Red, a {{Toku}} hero who beat the BigBad. As a result, he tends to clear out most of the {{Mooks}} way faster than she can. She's overshadowed even more when [[WorldsStrongestMan Rosie]] joins the party, relegating Idora to the backline against the most dangerous threats the party faces.

* AntiMagic: The Royal Sacred Sword constantly drains the magical energy of anything it touches, making it impossible for anyone who isn't an UnSorcerer to wield. This also lets it cleave through magical effects with ease, making Rosie a thorn in [[spoiler:Shau'ha's side once she reveals her true colors.]]]

* DisabilitySuperpower: Rosie is completely unable to use or produce magic in a society that prizes this trait highly. He was bullied, mocked, and eventually driven to living on the streets because of it. However, his disability is made relevant because the sacred blade he uses feeds on the magical energy of all that touch it, which means he's the only one who can even pick the thing up, much less use it to its full potential. Anyone else who tries to wield it will fall down, drained of magical energy.

* YouCantThwartStageOne: Since Silver predicted the Demon Queen's revival and her predictions are shown numerous times to always be accurate, it means that the Demon Queen's Clan is destined to succeed regardless of Red or anyone else's efforts.

* EvenEvilHassStandards: She has a genuine love for technological advancement, as seen when she admires how far the Demi-Human capital has developed in such a short time and comments that it's a waste to destroy it.

* KnowWhenToFoldEm: She decides to flee from Red's party after he manages to break her arm, though not before setting her fortress to self-destruct and destroy the demi-human capital.

* PoisonousPerson: The spell Hastalyk releases a deadly poison released from her arm mouths that is capable of instantly killing a dragon.

* VillainHasAPoint: Despite claiming that she only placed such harsh restrictions on the usage of magical tools to weaken humanity, Idora acknowledges that limiting access to them isn't an inherently bad idea, even if she disagrees with the limit it's self.

* NextTierPowerUp: [[spoiler:With the help of Idora's love for him soothing the deep-rooted pain in his heart, Red is able to finally master the power of Kizuna Black and use the emotions that fueled it to create an entirely new transformation: The Warrior of Passion, Kizuna Red: Burning Blood. While Burning Blood lacks the versatility and range of Kizuna Black's bandages, it makes up for it with sheer speed and power, best shown when Red's Ar-Charge completely overwhelmed Bad End despite the latter having transformed into Kizuna Black.]]

* ObliviousToLove: Red's passionate speeches and shouting about how it must be destiny that he met Idora could easily be interpreted as flirting or a LoveConfession, giving her a LuminescentBlush. Red seems to be oblivious to this though, as he merely asks if she's okay after seeing her redden like this. * HarmlessVillain: Compared to the other Privilege Magic users who used their powers to terrorize others, Conrad genuinely believes that letting people return to their childhood would make them happier. All of the people reverted to children are allowed to play, eat snacks, sleep, and fool around as they please, attended to by the toy robots created by his privilege magic. The worst thing he does is force others who do not want to be children to become children and imprison them for opposing him. He's confused when Red opposes him and is ultimately talked into releasing the magic willingly before having a HeelFaceTurn to help Red oppose Vidala.
* HeelFaceTurn: Red relates to him through their shared appreciation for collecting with and playing with toys. This, combined with Red's promise to help Conrad create a world where no one is made fun of for loving toys, convinces Conrad to willingly stand down. When Vidala takes umbrage with this, Conrad uses his Privilege Magic one last time to give the heroes the edge they need to defeat her rampaging turtle dragon. To emphasize the point, he forms enough fo a bond with Red to board the Maximum Kizuna Kaiser.

* SkewedPriorties: Seeing the Kizuna Beasts for the first time leaves Conrad awestruck even as said Beasts are coming straight for him. He's too busy gazing up at them in awe to get out of the way as his toy soldiers are smashed by Red's robots.

* ForcedTransformation: [[spoiler:After nearly being overwhelmed by the sheer amount of Seeds of Magic she had to eat during the battle with Krygan, she is transformed into a wolf-like BeastMan.]]

* BigDamnHeroes: She appears out of nowhere in Chapter 6 to [[spoiler:force Abu Dhabi to retreat and stop the transformed denizens of Akarina from destroying their beloved city.]]

* DealWithTheDevil: Idora suspects that Shauha has some connection with the Demon Queen's Clan to obtain the Seeds of Magic. While this is indeed true, Shauha has no allegiance with the demons and is merely using them for her own research. As a result, she couldn't move against them until they attacked one of the kingdom's cities in-person. [[spoiler:This is subverted when she's revealed to be the devil in question, as her true identity is of the Appalling Beauty, one of the Demon Queen's children.]]

Then it's subverted when Shauha reveals that her "monopoly" is her imposing restrictions and requiring licensing to develop and use magic items because of the injuries and deaths caused by the lack of regulation. A member of the Demon Queen's clan known as "the Laughing Abu Dhabi" and one of the Demon Queen's children. He's the one responsible for spreading the Seeds of Magic in an attempt to revive the Demon Queen and the first of the Demon Queen's Clan to directly oppose the heroes.

* PosthumousCharacter: She died saving TakingTheBullet for Red back in their world. While she arrived in Idora's world like he later would, she did so a thousand years before the events of the story. She even states that she's likely to be long gone from old age by the time he gets her message.

* AmbitionIsEvil: Betrayis was once an ordinary scientist studying Bond Energy with his closest friend, Pythagoras, when they were both young researchers. However, Betrayis' desire for recognition and ambition proved too great for him to ignore, betraying Pythagoras and the rest of manking to join the Relationship Enders.
* ArchEnemy: Betrayis despises Red for constantly defeating the monsters he designed to destroy the Kizuna Five. He hates Red so much that when he learns from Silver that Red's power is necessary for defeating the Demon Queen, his solution is to clone alternate universe counterparts of his just so he can avoid having to ask for Red's help. Even Red himself is flummoxed by the sheer depths of pettiness that Betrayis is willing to sink towards.

* ImmortalBreaker: [[spoiler: Red's big bound soul is capable of binding [[ResurrectiveImmortality immortals]] like the Breakup King and Demon Queen to the cycle of reincarnation, wiping away their memories and powers while sending them to the next world.]]
