* EleventhHourSuperpower: [[spoiler: In the final fight against Hawkmoth, he unlocks Black Out, which creates a field of total darkness, and uses it directly on Hawkmoth to blind him before he and the miraculous holders start to attack. Granted, it's the very last fight against Hawkmoth and it's made redundant by the swarm of temporary holders nearby, but it's the thought that counts.]]

* {{Deuteragonist}}: He starts off as the secondary main protagonist after [[VillainProtagonist the titular character]], being the one who has to clean up her messes, protect Paris from Hawkmoth, and pick up the slack in their "partnership." After "Vanisher," Chloé falls OutOfFocus, and Adrien ascends to the role of full protagonist.

* DaddysGirl: Seems to have this dynamic with [[spoiler:Jagged]], though [[spoiler:due to a misunderstanding between her parents, she doesn't see him much and doesn't tell him that she knows he's her father until the end of "Crocoduel."]]

* MamaBear: [[spoiler: When Chloé wakes up from the hospital after passing out from the magical backlash, Audrey is quick to embrace her and cry that she'll never left Gabriel walk free after what he did to her]]. Both Chloé and Zoé are surprised by this.

* ItsNotYouItsMyEnemies: On the receiving end of this, courtesy of Chat Noir. He's worried that he'll one day lose her for good to all of this akuma fighting he's been doing with her (she's nearly died a couple times at this point) and begs her to promise him that she'd try to stop participating in akuma fights. Marinette reluctantly agrees it's for the best.

* BigGood: Like in canon, he is supposed to be this. However, due to [[PointOfDivergence Chloé stealing the Ladybug Miraculous]], he's stretched thin by his many responsibilities and has a somewhat more strained relationship with Adrien compared his relationship with Marinettte in canon.

* WouldHurtAChild: Since several of his akuma victims are children, that means he's willing to put them in dangerous situations, especially if they're de-akumatized while still in danger. He also has no qualms about civilian children being affected by akuma attacks. But the biggest offender is when he [[spoiler:gives Chloé the damaged Peacock Miraculous despite knowing what it will do to her, just to further his own goals. And the harm it does to her is worse ''because'' she's only a teenager]].

** It's heavily implied he gave [[spoiler: Chloé the broken Peacock Miraculous]] as revenge for all the times she had been a thorn in his side as Scarlet Lady.

* OhCrap: Being cornered by all the Miraculous Heroes, including a very pissed off Chat Noir, makes him tremble in fear.

* TaughtByExperience: He starts ordering his akumas not to attack Marinette because in his own words, every time they do, "It never goes well."
