Fixed two broken links in Ryoji's entry

* LoveInterestTraitor: He's a romance option for the female protagonist, and develops feelings for the male protagonist. He is also Nyx's Appraiser, who will call her down to bring about the Fall, and subconsciously led the protagonist back to Tatsumi Port Island so they could collect his missing pieces and allow this to happen. It's not something he actually wants to do, however

Added more entries to Ryoji's section with tropes shown in Reload, the drama C Ds, and stage plays, and movies, as well as some general missing tropes.

* AmbiguouslyBi: He is quite flirty with the girls and he can be romanced by the female protagonist but he also tells the female protagonist that he would like her even if she was a man during Rank 4 of his Social Link. ''Reload'' also has him joke about flirting with the male protagonist in their new scenes together. The ambiguity is pretty much thrown out the window from December onwards, where he outright confess he wants to be more than friends with the male protagonist, as well as telling him he "never thought he'd feel this way" on December 31, and using lines that are exclusive to his romance route if his Linked Episodes are completed.

* TheBattleDidntCount: Nyx Avatar is very upfront that the battle with him is irrelevant: no matter who wins or loses the fight, he cannot be destroyed as he's part of Nyx and the Fall will come. He's only bothering to indulge SEES to allow them some sort of closure before the end. True enough, after he "dies", his body rises up to meet the rest of Nyx and the Fall begins.

* TheBattleDidntCount: Nyx Avatar is very upfront that the battle with him is irrelevant: no matter who wins or loses the fight, he cannot be destroyed as he's part of Nyx and the Fall will come. He's only bothering to indulge SEES S.E.E.S. to allow them some sort of closure before the end. True enough, after he "dies", his body rises up to meet the rest of Nyx and the Fall begins.

Added DiffLines:

* ColorCodedCharacters: In ''Reload'', his picture in the left corner of text messages is set against a black background, giving him a unique color like S.E.E.S., as opposed to the standard blue background other [=NPCs=] have. This becomes relevant in March, where the color of the anonymous thank you message the protagonist receives is one of the hints that Ryoji is the sender.

Added DiffLines:

* DeathAndTheMaiden: He's the personification of death, and falls in love with the female protagonist, a human girl. ''Reload'' gives him a [[GenderInvertedTrope Gender-Inverted]] version with the male protagonist.

Added DiffLines:

* FateWorseThanDeath: He'd rather allow the protagonist to kill him so they can live in peace until the Fall, than be forced to watch them and the rest of S.E.E.S. suffer and eventually perish.

Added DiffLines:

* FirstNameBasis: In ''Reload'', he calls the protagonist [Last Name]-kun during their first introduction, but quickly switches to [First Name]-kun instead. He then drops the ''-kun'' entirely when he begs the protagonist to kill him.
* FreezeFrameBonus: In the fourth movie, as Makoto summons Thanatos to fight Nyx Avatar, his silhouette [[https://64.media.tumblr.com/0685b5cfc2edeb91a3720e40f2416ac3/tumblr_inline_oyi3895A5w1r0qjo2_500.png very briefly resembles Ryoji's.]]
* FriendToAllChildren: He gets along well with Maiko in the drama [=CDs=], and Ken in the stage play. The latter even has Ken hug him before he leaves on New Year's.

Added DiffLines:

* ICannotSelfTerminate: Implied, since he says the protagonist is the only one who can kill him.

Added DiffLines:

* IHaveManyNames: At various points throughout the story, he is known as Ryoji Mochizuki, Pharos, Thanatos, Death, and Nyx Avatar.

Added DiffLines:

* ImCryingButIDontKnowWhy: "Your hand is so warm... It brings tears to my eyes... Why is that?"

Added DiffLines:

* IntriguedByHumanity: He's fascinated by the world and the life that inhabits it. It's especially prominent in his ''Reload'' Linked Episodes, which have him state he wants to know about the world, the people in the city, his classmates, and the protagonist, as well as muse on the nature of people and what drives them to connect with each other. In one drama CD, he believes it to be a waste not to meet as many people as possible, and his song "Shining World" in the stage play has him sing about how he loves everyone. This fascination is part of the reason he chose to take a human form in the first place.

Added DiffLines:

* LastMomentTogether: Regardless of whether he is killed or spared, he spends the majority of his final moments as a human with the protagonist. In the female protagonist's route, he even says he's glad he could share these last few moments with her.

Added DiffLines:

* LoveConfession: In the female protagonist's route, he tells her he loves her after he gives her the glow ring on New Year's Eve. ''Reload'' has him joke at one point that it sounds like he's confessing his love to the male protagonist. While more indirect, his statement that he never thought he'd feel this way on 12/31 is probably a more genuine example of this, as it happens during the same scene as his confession to the female protagonist, after he gives the male protagonist the music box. He even laments how he knows it's not exactly the best timing.

Added DiffLines:

* LoveInterestTraitor: He's a romance option for the female protagonist, and develops feelings for the male protagonist. He is also Nyx's Appraiser, who will call her down to bring about the Fall, and subconsciously led the protagonist back to Tatsumi Port Island so they could collect his missing pieces and allow this to happen. It's not something he actually wants to do, however

Added DiffLines:

* MeaningfulAppearance: The mole under his left eye is a [[https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%E3%81%AA%E3%81%8D%E3%81%BC%E3%81%8F%E3%82%8D nakibokuro]], and according the ''Portable'' fanbook, represents the tears he cannot shed. It also foreshadows the fact that he and Pharos are the same person.

Added DiffLines:

* NoSenseOfPersonalSpace: Towards Makoto in the movies, to the point of pushing him around and tugging him along by the hand heedless of his complaints. [[https://i.imgur.com/T1DpQcZ.jpeg One of the photos]] from ''Reload's'' Kyoto trip implies he retained this trait there.

Added DiffLines:

* NotSoDifferentRemark: Towards Aigis in the Full Moon Drama CD.
-->'''Ryoji:''' You know, we're alike. Despite lacking warmth, we were shown the joy of living.

Added DiffLines:

* SayMyName: In the fourth movie, after Ryoji regains his memories, Makoto yells his name repeatedly in an effort to snap him out of the state of eerie calm he's entered, all the while Ryoji tells him it's a temporary name and he's not even human.
* SchoolUniformsAreTheNewBlack: Aside from the yukatas given to everyone in Kyoto, he's never shown to wear anything but the Gekkoukan uniform, even when he hangs out with the female protagonist on a Sunday. Given that his backstory is fake [[AmbiguousSituation and his living situation is never elaborated on]], it's possible he doesn't actually own any other clothes.

Added DiffLines:

* SmallRoleBigImpact: As Ryoji, he's only present in the story for two months, and is absent for the majority of the second one. However, as Death and Nyx's Appraiser, he's revealed to be as central to the game's overarching narrative as the protagonist and Aigis are, is the one who informs SEES about Nyx's existence and the details of the Fall, and the choice whether to kill or spare him determines whether the player gets the [[MultipleEndings Bad or True Ending]]. In the case of the latter, he's also the one who gives SEES the information that allows them to face Nyx on January 31st.

Added DiffLines:

* StepfordSmiler: At first, he seems to be just a friendly, flirtatious and fun-loving transfer student. However, most of his personality is a product of AmnesiacDissonance, and underneath it all, he's plagued by sadness and a sense of foreboding which stem from his true identity as Death, as well as a lack of certainty in his own existence, and implied to be something of a DeathSeeker. He is much more genuine around the protagonists in both his Social Link and Linked Episodes, showing his more melancholic and introspective sides, as well as expressing his insecurities.

Added DiffLines:

* TragicKeepsake: His glow ring and music box function as this for the female and male protagonist respectively, if they complete his Social Link/Linked Episodes. Examining the male protagonist's room during January in ''Reload'' shows he sleeps with the music box at the top of his bed.

* OccultBlueEyes: His unnaturally blue eyes are the most obvious sign that he's more than he seems, [[spoiler: as he turns out to be a Shadow connected to Nyx]].

* BecauseYouWereNiceToMe: His bond with the protagonist is what humanizes and teaches him to value life [[spoiler: as Pharos]]. In ''Reload'', he tells that protagonist [[spoiler: that he came back to him as Ryoji Mochizuki because he wanted to see him again]], and is implied to be [[spoiler: fighting back against Nyx's influence as Nyx Avatar in order to avoid attacking the protagonist whenever possible]]. On 3/4, the protagonist receives a simple "Thank you" message, [[spoiler: implied to be from Ryoji]], showcasing his gratitude even from the other side.

For the male protagonist, he attempts to connect with him in ''Reload'' over a shared love of music, and notes that they seem to have a lot in common. In the female protagonist's route, he states that she's the only one there is for him, and his relationship with her is considered genuine, in contrast to how he acts around other girls. For the male protagonist, it's shown that his flirting is merely an attempt to form connections, and he doesn't understand what it truly means to "like" someone until he realizes he wants himself and the protagonist to be more than friends. After the male protagonist [[spoiler: chooses to spare him on New Year's Eve]], Ryoji even states that he never thought he'd feel this way as he gives him the music box.

* TheTease: He's a massive flirt towards most women, including the female protagonist at times, though he states he wants to be more genuine with her. In ''Reload'', he's also shown to flirt - albeit more subtly - with the male protagonist as well.
-->'''Ryoji:''' (ordering from Makoto at Wilduck) Hmm... I'll have the limited-time combo with chili garlic fries and a coffee. Oh, and one smile, please!

* WhatIsThisThingYouCallLove: In ''Reload'', he asks the protagonist what it means to "like" someone.

** Downplayed heavily in the manga and anime adaptations, as well as all the game's remakes beyond ''FES'', as he gets varying degrees of additional characterization in all of them.

* RedHerring: His abrupt appearance after the player has defeated all of the midnight shadows, intimidating looks and status as the head of the impossibly powerful organization that controls nearly the entire country from behind the scenes might lead you to think that he will be revealed to be the game's true BigBad. He isn't, and is actually a perfectly nice and heroic guy.
