* ExplainingYourPowerToTheEnemy: Todo is a rare aversion of this. While most sorcerers explain their Cursed Techniques because sharing how it works may bolster its effectiveness and give them an advantage in a fight, Todo purposefully avoids explaining his technique or omits crucial information about it because the confusion and paranoia it sows in his enemy gives him an even greater advantage.

* SuperpowerLottery: On paper, Boogie Woogie is the most simplistic Cursed Technique in the series, letting Todo swap places with anything imbued with Cursed Energy by clapping his hands. Also, Todo doesn't have to clap his own hands to use the technique [[spoiler:as shown when he high-fives an unaware Mahito, letting him and Yuji switch places. * BoringButPractical: Boogie Woogie is pretty simple on paper and one of the least flashy Techniques in the series, but being able to swap places with his allies and even opponents makes Todo extremely useful in team fights. Even when Todo's opponents are aware of how his Technique works, they still can't adapt perfectly because he's just that good at timing the switches, and the effect is disorienting to the opponent, even when aware of what's coming.

* ConfusionFu: His Cursed Technique, "Boogie Woogie", is incredibly simple on the surface. He can change the positions of himself and someone else by clapping his hands. But it's the esoterics of this ability that make Todo a dangerous man to face. He doesn't ''have'' to use it when he claps his hands, allowing him to fake out his opponents to create openings. He can also teleport anything with cursed energy, not just people or things within his view but anything he's aware of's position, letting him move other things into his enemy's path or SummonToHand Maki's Playful Cloud by swapping it out with Yuji because Megumi told him where it was beforehand.
