* RankScaleswithAsskicking: While she is the eponymous queen of the Land Of Gwain, she is also one of the strongest characters in the series, having been implied and shown to be capable of obliterating some of the strongest characters and creatures, even with a single blow.

* ButtMonkey: He takes a lot of AmusingInjuries...
** IronButtMonkey: Like a slab of rock falling right on his head in the pilot episode, which only stuns him as a spiderweb of cracks spreads up through it. Justified in that ordinary people from Earth are MadeOfIron in Gwain's kingdom.

* CoolSword: The EXE Blade. What exactly it does is unclear, but it can slice a heavily armored robot clean in two.
** MixAndMatchWeapon: In episode 6 it was revealed that it can also turn into a gun

* GuysSmashGirlsShoot: Geo does the smashing, Ami does the shooting.
** Downplayed in episode 6: since receiving an upgrade for his EXE Blade, he can shoot if he wants to. He still relies on his melee skills 90% of the time.

* DeathGlare: She gives one to Gwain in Episode 2; for that, the queen reluctantly spares Geo's life.
** She also gives several to [[spoiler:the ghost monster in Episode 8]] once she [[spoiler:gets serious.]]

Her magic specialty is the [ThePowerOfLove Element of Love]].

One of Ami's friends and cousin to Deva, he's your classic anime pervert and usually serves as the comic relief for the group. His magic specialty is the Element of Fire.

The princess of Gwain's kingdom, though she doesn’t seem to have much in common with her mother. Agni's cousin. A hot-headed water/ice magic user who has an unsubtle crush on Geo. She's pretty quick to take action in combat and to stick up for her friends. Her magic specialty is the Element of Ice.

The class president of Gwain University and one of the most popular students. She initially suspects Geo of not being a Teoran. She's right, of course, but for the wrong reasons. Her magic specialty is the Element of Leaf.

A friend of Ami's. A shy and reserved girl who has yet to discover her magic powers. Her family makes bread. Her magic specialty is [[spoiler: the Element of Earth.]]

* HiddenBuxom: Of the four female leads, Lanney is the bustiest - though this isn't noticable until she dons her Level (censored) Maid Swimsuit in episode eight.
