No, the normal Saber is also pissed at Merlin, if not quite as aggressive about it. And a death threat to Merlin is more like saying she'll punch him in the face because it doesn't really stick for him and she knows it.

* BalanceBuff: After completing Lostbelt No. 6: Avalon le Fae, she gets the Fae Trait, two of her skills are renamed but don't receive any new effects gameplay-wise ("Protection of the Lake A" to [[spoiler:"Fae of Avalon A]]" and "Sword of Selection EX" to [[spoiler:"Sword Creation EX"]]), and gets a new Passive [[spoiler:aka Morgan's "Glam Sight" that decreases Critical Hit Chance by 20% against her]].

* BerserkButton: Merlin manages to be this for her in her Third Ascension form. He apparently shoved Fou onto her and then left everything for her to do, which pissed her off so much that she developed a spell to kill him at least once.

** She hates being called short or small, which is why she doesn't really like Barghest.

* IJustWantToBeNormal: [[spoiler:Altria Caster would like nothing more than to lay down her Staff and just live as an ordinary girl. Right before the final battle with Cernunnos, she admits that the happiest memory in her life was the 11th day in Gloucester with the protagonist. For a short, sweet time, she was just a girl walking down the street with someone she loved and nothing more.]]

[[spoiler:This means she knew the entire time that Oberon was lying but not about what and it's indicated that she likes that the protagonist is a pretty honest person who usually says what they keep hidden are laid bare.truly feel and why and tends to be very consistent.]]

* RageAgainstTheMentor: Unlike Altria (Saber) who bears no grudges against Merlin despite all the grievances he caused her in life, and Altria (Lancer) who at worst seems mildly annoyed at him, this version of Altria hates the Merlin from her universe for abandoning her enough to plan to kill for him over it.

* ZeroPercentApprovalRating: For the thousands of years she was active, she was near universally hated by every fairy she met and would always be attacked after saving fairies from Calamities by the very fairies she saved. Near the end it was to the point where she didn't even truly trust her own companions anymore.

* StepfordSmiler: In her second ascension. When Mash meets her during this time in her life, she behaves very similarly to Altria Caster. However, after actually making friends with Mash she admits that she doesn't really care about the actual inhabitants of her own world anymore because in the thousands of years that she's lived she has never met what she would consider to be a decent fairy, even considering her closest followers to be insincere in their apparent affection for and faith in her. When they first met she was strongly considering the possibility of having to kill Mash outright before deciding that it wouldn't be necessary.

* TookALevelInCynic: Needless to say, the bright-eyed and idealistic Aesc is a far cry from the cold and aloof tyrant she would later become as Morgan.

* HiddenInPlainSight: Alice hanging out with Aoko and Soujuurou feels so natural that it takes nearly a week for the heroes to realize that she doesn't have a reason to be here, and that the "culprit" (it's a bit more complicated) behind the incidents was right there with them the whole time.
