* OnlySaneMan: When the plot demands it. Other times, he's just as quirky as the rest of the characters, especially in background appearances.

* TimeMachine: He ''is'' one, allowing him to arrive from the future to help Fanboy's younger self. Lenny exploits this in "Back from the Future" to try and go back to when Fanboy and Chum Chum first came to the Frosty Mart and prevent them from tasting Frosty Freezy Freeze for the first time so he wouldn't suffer their antics in the present day.

While this was mostly out of a great misunderstanding of how the game works and of no ill intent, after Yo and Lupe give him a wool sweater that agitates his allergies, Man-Arctica feels betrayed and tries to freeze the rest of the children out of anger.

An episode where he is in charge of taking back a recalled toy has him pursue the titular duo and Oz, but it turns out that he was going to give them another toy as compensation, and had no ill intent regardless since the recalled toy was already established as dangerous.

In some episodes such as "Dollar Day" and "Chimp Chomp Chumps", they seem to dislike Boog and have no problem acting rude and antagonistic toward him, while in other episodes like "Fanboy in the Plastic Bubble", "Freeze Tag", and "Prank Day", they seem to actually care somewhat for Boog and act relatively friendly toward him, though they're still intimidated by his aggressive behavior and will still act rather antagonistic toward him if he harasses them first.

** When the two go camping on the Frosty Mart roof in "Fan vs. Wild", the roof somehow transforms into a snowy mountaintop like Mt, Everest, and they actually nearly freeze to death. The roof returns to normal whenever Kyle doesn't cope with it.
