* SomethingOnlyTheyWouldSay: Trying to prove Closet Colonel wasn't a "noob player", Medic and Recon ask him a few questions with answers a [[ColonelBadass Colonel]] would give, like whether he has a girlfriend, job, sex life, and [[TheLastOfTheseIsNotLikeTheOthers what the hipfire spread of a [=M416=] is]]. The final nail to the revelation was when Closet Colonel's mic picks up the fact he's got a [[JarPotty "shit bucket"]] just like Colonel.

* GutturalGrowler: The Colonel sounds for all the world like [[Film/EscapeFromNewYork Snake Plissken]].

* CoolLoser: Notably, he's the only Level 100 Colonel that the protagonists respect despite his regrettable lifestyle outside of the game.

* WeaponOfChoice: Noob uses light machine guns ([[ATeamFiring ineffectively]]), mostly seen with the [=M249 SAW=] and sometimes, the Ultimax [=100 MK5=] in ''[=BF4=]'' which he refers to as 'The Big Gun'. [[note]]The Ultimax is about as big as any assault rifle, and its Battlefield 4 version uses only a 30-round magazine, despite being in the light machine gun category.[[/note]]

* WeaponOfChoice: Medic uses assault rifles, namely the AEK-971 or the Galil ACE 23 in ''[=BF4=]''.

* WeaponOfChoice: A SV-98 sniper rifle, as part of his class-specific loadout in [=BF3=] and [=BF4=], while the SR-[=25 ECC=] marksman rifle is used in Hardline.

* WeaponOfChoice: Similar to the real game, the Engineer uses carbines, notably the [=G36C=] in ''[=BF3=]'' and ''Hardline'', and the Galil ACE 21 in ''[=BF4=]''. The [=Mk 153 SMAW=] is his default rocket launcher. As well as whatever happens to be the most current OP weapons, which appear sometimes in the show's opening as him holding that weapon instead.

* WeaponOfChoice: The Colonel only uses his signature knife (later equipped with a ''bipod'', [[spoiler:and then a bipod FOR the bipod]]) to great effect, [[RealityWarper game mechanics be damned]]. He does use C4, but seldomly so.

* KnifeNut: Hands down. He practically kills '''EVERYTHING''' with it.

** In ''Vehicle Spawn'', he employs the infamous "Jihad Jeep" (a Jeep covered in C4 charges), to take out a tank.
** In ''They Ruined Battlefield'', he gets hit by a jet after an ill-fated recreation of the Rendezook video.
** In ''Levelcap'', he accidentally runs over Levelcap with a Growler ITV.
** In ''Air Superiority'', he Jet Rams, which is exactly what it sounds like.
** In ''Teamspeak'', [[spoiler: he, along with Engineer and Recon, gets a helicopter dropped on him after he [[BullyingADragon taunts the pilot.]]]]

** This bites him in the butt when Colonel realises who bombed his bird back then.

* EveryoneHasStandards: Not even the Noob [[spoiler: likes VideoGame/CallOfDuty]].

** In a sense, as this prevents the BFFs from accomplishing non-combat goals, The Noob is convinced that everybody is as married to the AttackAttackAttack strategy as he is.

* TheFool: The Noob has some impressive achievements under his belt. He is the only character to kill the Colonel, and killed nine enemies at once in Camping.

* KnowNothingKnowItAll: The Noob is capable of breathtaking arrogance for someone as appalling at Battlefield as he is.

* TheNeidermeyer: His brief stint as the team's commander in the episode, ''Commander''.
