* "[[https://youtu.be/XiU5eO76RLc The Vegan]]", Todd and Envy's theme, is a slow, throbbing number that drips menace, foreshadowing how Scott is in ''way'' over his head.
* "[[https://youtu.be/mSq8kw_5xCI Roxy]]", the theme for the battle between Roxy, Ramona, and Scott, gets progressively more crazed, perfectly fitting Roxy's frenzied attack style.

For the [[Film/ScottPilgrimVsTheWorld film adaptation]], Nigel Godrich (at the score) and the various Canadian, American and British acts that were invited for it did a fantastic job.

For the [[Film/ScottPilgrimVsTheWorld film adaptation]], Nigel Godrich (at the score) and the various Canadian, American and British acts that were invited for it did a fantastic job. Godrich's score in particular pulled off quite some epicness while emulating 8-bit era video game music.

[[folder:''Scott Pilgrim'' (Graphic Novel)]]
* Not that we can hear the music, but come on, the fight with the first ex (Mathew Patel) culminating in a song battle is pretty damn awesome. The film remade said song as his VillainSong (complete with a Bollywood feel and great dance routine), [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym5KsSI4YTA Slick]].
* In volume 6, the song Envy sings, and the lousy cover of "I'm a Believer" by Shatterband are very awesome moments.

* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BiLjTIeosBk The opening credits song]] is just pure punk rock energy and nothing else. And it’s glorious.
* It's not every film that can make an audience cheer ''[[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skV7sx0BrNA with the studio's fanfare]]'' in, as a running gag on this wiki attests, ''glorious'' 8-bit.
* Special mention goes towards Music/{{Metric}}'s [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-jMruFHTwrY "Black Sheep"]], sung by [[Creator/BrieLarson Envy's actress]] herself, no less! Eleven years later, we got the full [[https://scottpilgrim.lnk.to/digiIF Brie Larson recording!]]
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0_zzUjg8EU "Threshold"]] during the fight between Sex Bob-omb and the Katayanagi Twins. They won a fight with [[ThePowerOfRock MUSIC]].
* The [[ThePowerOfRock dueling]] [[MundaneMadeAwesome bass guitars]] that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nmd7w-qKRWM nearly get Scott killed at the hands of Ex #3]].
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmQmM2wva5Q "Ramona"]], [[SugarWiki/HeartwarmingMoments Scott's acoustic ballad for Ramona]]. Bonus points for featuring some impressive harmonies.
* It's less than a minute long, but Crash and the Boys' [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7PKAnaHlis "We Hate You, Please Die"]] has a kickass bass riff and sweet punk rock beat.
* What Matthew Patel lacked in fighting skills, he made up for with his song, [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=USvZLNhY9eM "Slick".]]
* [[https://youtu.be/Tr_tXh4cqnI?list=PL2B89BB87D814BDAD "Boss Battle"]] screams FinalBoss like no other, befitting Scott's [[MarathonBoss epic battle]] against Gideon.

'''Music/{{Anamanaguchi}}''' composed the music, for starters.
* Speaking of starters, the [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvBjbByJQV8 start screen's theme]] is the tip of the iceberg. [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QoNvGMSyaBQ Dark One]], Nega Scott's theme, is a DarkReprise of the start screen theme, and is equally amazing.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLITCkO_ODw "Rox 300"]] is a surprisingly soaring boss theme for a lesbian like Roxy Ritcher.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9hfaP37Dy9c "Gideon's Wrath Part 1]]" is an impressive FinalBoss theme fitting of [[SmugSnake Gideon]] [[BigBad Graves]].
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5zdEPdc3vuc Another Winter]] is very energetic and fun, and quite possibly the catchiest piece in the game.
* [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kOU7Pxi8-M Rock Club]] is a very fast, awesome song set to a huge club brawl.
