I haven't seen Scooby-Doo, Where Are You! But from what I have seen, no matter what anyone else thinks, Scrappy was a positive addition: His relationship with Scooby adds a kind of warmth to the series-like the episode in SDWAY where Scooby befriended a baby bird. (I haven't seen the episode but I know enough about it) Scrappy is that baby bird, but unlike the baby bird, who was a one-off character designed solely to be cute and give Scooby something to love, protect, and fawn over, Scrappy is a recurring character with an established personality, who takes the center stage like a duck to water. I had some fun watching it and like I said, no matter what any stans say, Scrappy definitely added to that experience.
WesternAnimation Good, Underrated Series
