The voice acting's mediocre, the writing's dumb, the animation is standard fare for a cheap 80s cartoon, the plots are off-the-wall at best and crazy at worst.
And yet I love it.
The whole thing comes full circle into cheesy gloriousness. The Joes themselves are pretty bland, but Cobra more than makes up for it by being over-the-top silly. Definitely worth a watch to see if it's your thing.
