I'm no stranger to abridged series, I actually found Yugioh Abridged not too long after it started and have watched many, many others since. And I can honestly say, Project Mouthwash's UBW Abridged is one of the best I've ever seen. Though it's only up to 10 episodes at the time of writing, every single one of them has been a hit, even the slightly weaker episodes have some genuinely great and memorable moments. It's got some great production values too: the amount of effort put into the editing is obvious, and a lot of the voice acting easily matches the official dub. (Or even supersedes it, whenever I think of Archer now, it's with his abridged voice).
The writing strikes the perfect balance between poking fun at the source material and celebrating its better moments - and that balance is absolutely essential for an abridged series. The best parodies are the ones made with sincere love for the thing they're parodying, or at least I think so, and this series clearly has that. At the same time, though, it's absolutely not afraid to rip on more questionable aspects of the original series (Sakura being bitter over being reduced to a background character comes to mind).
The one caveat is that I might not recommend it for people unfamiliar with the original series, and the Fate franchise at large. This might seem somewhat obvious for a parody, but a lot of the humor derives from that, and they make a few deep cuts into Nasuverse lore that might not make sense to a casual viewer.
