Before I watched Baby Steps, I hadn’t worked out in years. I used to be fit but had fallen off the wagon long ago. That all changed when I was introduced to Baby Steps.
Forget Rocky, watching Maruo Eiichirou’s transformation to out of shape kid to tennis star has motivated me to get fit again like nothing else ever has. Even hearing the theme song makes me to drop to the ground and start doing push ups.
When I’m tempted to slack off, the words “What would Maruo think?” will actually cross my mind. And now I'm more fit than I've been in years, feel great, and have shed quite a few pounds.
Manga If you need motivation to work out, WATCH THIS ANIME
(Or read the manga, that’ll work too)

Thanks, Baby Steps!
