Personally, I can't stand SI stories. I've tried reading a few notable examples in the past (This Bites!, for example), but none have really resonated with me to a degree that I can really continue past the first two or three chapters. How To Drill Your Way Through Your Problems, however, pulls a Simon the Digger and made the impossible possible: this is actually an SI I can actually enjoy. Not only does Web-Weaver write characters with nuance and believable motivations, they do so in a way that, in my opinion, surpasses that of some published novels. The pacing is excellent, the grammar and word choice are almost flawless, and it perfectly captures the spirit of the important part of the crossover (Gurren Lagann). The shift away from the grimdark (bordering on grimderp) setting of Worm is refreshing, and, in all honesty, I practically live on both the thread and the main TV Tropes page of the story. Nothing makes me happier than a new update, and the story has made me reconsider some of my personal views of the SI genre.

10/10. Keep up the good work.
