Anime Pretty good for a genre parody
I usually stay away from genre parody type things, but since this is banned in New Zealand I felt the need to watch it just to stick it to the man, and was pleasantly surprised that it's actually pretty good. It's funny, it's weird, and it's pointless, but not in a bad way. If you're into anime, weirdness, and the sort of gag series where the plot takes a back seat to the comedy, then you'll probably like it.
Anime puni puni poemi
puni puni poemi is the exact opposite of earth in the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy, mostly harmful that is.
there is nothing justified in this anime, and from what i have heard about it it manages to make exactly zero sense at the beginning and then steadily decline in sense making less and less sense as it goes on.
OH and by the way. i say 'what i have heard about it' because i do not have the required mental fortitude to watch past the fifth minute of the anime without risking the following: sanity, intelligence, memory, fine motor skills, gross motor skills, friends, family, three kidneys, two livers, an intestine, my manhood and my corporeal form.
As a compromise however it WILL teach you the meaning of life, before it proceeds to erase any memory you have ever had
all jokes aside as an anime it is built to be a massive parody of the sailor moon genre and is one of the best anime parodies that i have watched, or you know, tried watching.

Anime all you need to know about animé in one handy package
Even by the standards of Japanese cartoons, this is totally up-to-eleven loopy. Although as the usual starting point for Japanese animation is "already-at-eleven", in this case a special "up-to-a-hundred-and-eleven" category might need to be devised. Just for this one.
It ticks all the boxes.
A fun watch, but do not look for logic in the plotting. This does not appear to be an animé thing.
