What you see there is the handywork of a PlayfulHacker who found a rather hilarious way to point out a security flaw in the nifty roadside announcement signs that Austin, Texas had recently acquired. Every one of the signs in the city displayed this message for most of the morning that day. While it got them in quite a bit of trouble, it did help that their intention was noble. They pointed out that using the same hack could have the boards redirect traffic in disruptive ways, display \'\'actual\'\' false warnings, or spam the city\'s roads with less amusing thing like lewd animated pixel art or hate speech.
