This Useful Notes should be split into Useful Notes: North America (Which includes Central America and the Caribbean, as they are considered parts of North America in most maps) and Useful Notes: South America, as the other continents that could be merged together have their own useful notes pages for each continent instead of being merged into one. For example, there is Useful Notes: Europe and Useful Notes: Asia, but not Useful Notes: Eurasia, so why should the Americas be a exception? Also, Greenland is part of North America, not Europe, even though it is part of the Kingdom of Denmark.
