This seems more like a subtype of BoringButPractical. To me \\\"Theme Deck\\\" sounds more like a broader set of moves based around a specific topic or theme, as is seen in Yu-Gi-Oh! with the various decks that Yugi\\\'s enemies use, or decks built around a certain tribal theme in Magic: The Gathering.
EDIT: In fact, given that we have an article called FiveMovesOfDoom which is essentially this exact trope but that page is currently dedicated entirely to professional wrestling, why not merge the two articles and free up ThemeDeck?
