About the PC port: Could this version be {{arcade perfect|Port}} (for the Arcade Mode at least)? The game has \\\"Insert Coin\\\" up on Player 2\\\'s side (and vice-versa) of the screen and tells you to insert coins (press Select) to play, graphically looks on par with the arcade version (and the [=PlayStation=] version to that extent since the arcade hardware was based on the [=PlayStation=]), and the sound effects are much more beefier than the console ports although I\\\'m not sure if that\\\'s the case with the arcade version.
