There might be a case for rejigging the trope\'s description, or perhaps the trope is also badly named if it\'s supposed to include people who are just untidy/messy. At the moment, it doesn\'t feel like a trope that should apply to someone that\'s just messy. The concept doesn\'t seem to fit with something that\'s \'fashionable\'. That, or perhaps there should be another trope to cover this area. I notice that the MessyHair trope basically fits, except for the problem of it being hair-focused, and Oobleck\'s hair wouldn\'t fit that trope even if the message his general appearance sends out does fit.
