The \\\"Doctor Whos\\\" seem to be actually the arc words of this series, and possibly of the entire Moffat run, going back to some episodes of the RTD era.
Also, maybe I see too much in this, but given that we are dealing with someone being somehow reincarnated in different times, would it be too much of a stretch to also have whole adventures repeating themselves becoming a plot point ?
Speaking of Arc Words, I really wonder if the references to Amy will keep cropping up or if that was just a one-time reference.
As for the lady giving the \\\"tech support\\\" number, my favourite choice would have her to be Sarah-Jane, but this is sadly very unlikely. Knowing Moffat, my money would be either on River or a future/alternate version of Clara. But I\\\'m pretty sure we will have the Doctor decide to address this issue at some point to fix the loop.
Alternatively, it might be Rose, given that apparently Billie Piper will star in the 50th anniversary episode, but I would not bet too much on that.
