It\'s less about opposing the character and more about \'\'\'doing absolutely nothing\'\'\' to oppose the ridiculous breast size-based caste system-like social order, and even \'\'support\'\' its existence by engaging in the Breast Hunts (or assisting superiors with them, like with Kagefusa and her attendants in Episode 1). They are all guilty by deliberate inaction at the very least. What Chifusa is doing with the forcible breast-shrinking is to force them into the shoes of the victims of the social order that they\'re perpetuating, in hopes that it would prove enlightening enough to them to learn the aesop and rise against said social order.
