Why are the Habsburgs a TokenEvilTeammate of the NapoleonicWars compared to {{Prussia}}? It seems to me that except for Alexander of Russia(who was a KnightTemplar but at least good at his job)most of the rulers at the time were at best WisePrince s and at worst RoyalBrat s. Heck the only reason Britain was a TokenGoodTeammate was because several generations before they had taken the trouble to [[OffWithHisHead rather rigorously remind]] their monarchs to do as they were told.
