Much like his forray into film as detailed below, Frank Miller seems to have been made persona non grata among most comic writers and fans with Holy Terror, finally bringing down a career that even The Dark Knight Strikes Again and All-Star Batman & Robin combined couldn\'t destroy (though they did contribute to it).
