Well, the official dub of PSG has been made available to Elite Subscribers on the Funimation website. I believe that we should replace the quote at the top of the page with Panty and Stocking\'s transformation sequence monologue used from the dub, which does a descent job reflecting the show\'s nature, moreso than juxtaposing two different quotes from two different scenarios; if not now, then at least when it becomes available to everyone:
