I\\\'ve theorized, since seeing \\\"Kids\\\" from Ruth Foremans Pied Piper Playhouse, that the adult cast members (and set) must be apart of this cult/after school somesuch.

First we have the set. \\\'Santa\\\'s Workshop\\\', quite obviously a simple stage, possibly the same building that this playhouse-of-unspeakable-horrors is. Though I wouldnt be suprised if they went to some elementary school to film, but I can\\\'t be sure.

The \\\"Kids\\\" are all around, or most likely near the same white building, seen several times before the kids get to Santa (skateboarding kids, umbrella[!] kid, \\\"Kids\\\" running, etc). Can this nondescript building be the rumored Pied Piper Playhouse?

I think it may just be a group that produces these shit plays, as a cursory glance on Google reveals, so it may not be an actual building. Not like they care where they film, seeing that they looked junkyards and the backsides of semi-decrepit buildings and said, \\\'Meh, good\\\'nuf.\\\'

Now for the cast.
Mantras of \\\'keeping things simple\\\' and \\\'utilizing your resources\\\' beings me to believe that the only adults in the production (NyQuil lady and The Great Santa) are apart of the Triple P.

NacoNarrator/Lethargic Lady sounds like someone who reads stories. To children. You can\\\'t tell me you dont remember how teacherlady read stories back when you were a kid. Slowly, emphasiszing words and spaces, letting the words... sink into the kids... mushy... brains, etc. It\\\'s simple. She\\\'s the triple P story teller, granting that this is a actual building where kids go (it can be both a afterschoolcultofbloodydeathandmurder and a \\\"production company\\\". derp.)

Santa. Every one of these kids places that kids go to has to have someone sing songs. And it is ALWAYS some old guy with a guitar. The guy seems to be a semi-amatuer (is that possible?), as you can probably picture him singing folky songs a decade previously. He\\\'s not bad as the singing part, really, for not being professional.

Santa actor...? I dunno. Maybe Rifftrax is right. Maybe it\\\'s some kid\\\'s dad.

These ideas are just that. Ideas. They may never be answered. But until then, we\\\'ve established that will try and make it.
