The Earth Kingdom had some pretty good leaders. Omashu didn\\\'t fall until Ozai\\\'s time, and Ba Sing Se remains standing as long as the Earth King is alive. They\\\'re good at enduring and resisting. If Azula and Ozai knew that there was more to just \\\'\\\'taking\\\'\\\' Ba Sing Se, they\\\'d think of something else to do.
Revenge isn\\\'t so much exclusive to any one Nation - however, the Earth Kingdom concentrates on repayment rather than revenge (the Air Nomads didn\\\'t help them when Chin strolled along; they didn\\\'t help the Air Nomads when Fire Lord Sozin attacked the Temples). The Fire Nation is going to have to broker a new deal with the Earth Kingdom as reparation, I think.
