House is clearly extroverted by this understanding, and in fact the show has a running theme about his need to bounce ideas off of people and write them out on whiteboards(or walls, windows, or whatever else).
Lastly, just take two well-known examples from real life and ask yourself which is more like House: Albert Einstein (INTP) or Jon Stewart (ENTP)?
