Is this actual real fanspeak? I googled it, and aside from our page, everything that came up was unrelated -- it seems to be some management jargon.

It feels like this is something that was confined to one forum or something for a little while (maybe even something one person passionately said regarding their own tastes), which one person from that forum decided to create a page for here. But forum in-jokes (and similar things like this) aren\\\'t really fanspeak, if they\\\'re not getting used anywhere else.
